To meet market demands, we design AFXC-1075 luggage case thermoforming machine which adopts home&abroad advanced technology. It adopts PLC co-ntrol system, has three rotary working station, heaters are of infrared ceramic heater. It has a good feature of easy operation, reliability, high fficiency etc. applicable for processing many kinds of plastic luggage case. We can design different thermoforming machine according to customer's special requirement.

work station: 3 stations: feed sheet and dischrge finish shells; oven(heating), vacuum forming

Clamp frame: 3 sets: 20INCH, 24INCH, 29INCH
Frame size: two pcs sheet( one for up shell of suit case and one for down shell of suit case)
Forming station: 2 pcs of forming mould
Capacity: about 50 seconds/ time( it takes about 50 seconds to get two pcs of shells of luggage)
