it uses PET bottle flakes, PET sheet falkes as raw material;
It does not need dehumifier or crystalliaztion unit. because the extruder is twin screw style extruder.
So the raw material is low cost, the enerage power consumption is low.
The machine capacity is about 6 meters/minute at 0.6mm thickness. It is about 300KG/HR;

The machine process:
first step, it makes flat sheet
Second step, heating
third step: forming roof shape
fourth step, trim edge
fifth step: cut the sheet

It can be used to make PP PE wave roof sheets; There is not necessary to add any parts, you just change the raw material
MAKE PET OR PP,PS flate sheet. in case you put a down scream equipment for FLAT sheet; this machine can make flate PET sheet or PP PS SHEET.
Change the forming rollers, then you can make another shape of roof tile
