It consists of two sets of reactors, extruder, extrusion die head, water tank, haul-off, cutter and chiller
Machine can process different formulation. It vouches most of requirements of clients.
Now there are two models:
HS120 two cavity style hot melt glue stick machine. It can extrude 2 pcs of glue stick at one time. the capacity is 120-140kg/hr;
HS150 4 cavity style hot melt glue stick machine. It can extrude 4 pcs of glue stick at one time. the capacity is 220-250kg/hr;
We also make HS180 machine with a capacity of over 300kg/hr according to client's special requirement.
This glue stick machine can be used to make glue pellet with the pellet die head and pellet cutter.
