PLA/PET sheet extrusion production line:
l It is used in the production of PET and PLA sheets without pre-crystallization and drying system, and is suitable for the production of recycled materials. It has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption and excellent plasticization.
l The screw is of building-block style design ,with multiple arrangements, and a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch-based degradable materials, but also suitable for PET production.
l The barrel is equipped with double vacuum exhaust device to ensure full exhaust of moisture.
l The extruder is equipped with a melt pump for quantitative and stable output, and with a pressure and speed closed-loop autocontrol system.
l The whole line adopts PLC control to realize the autocontrol with fanctionsof parameter setting, data operation feedback, alarm and other functions.
Extruded sheet application fields:
l Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new type of biodegradable material, made from starch raw materials , which is extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn). Starch raw materials are saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented by glucose and certain strains to produce high-purity lactic acid, and then a certain molecular weight polylactic acid is synthesized through chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, and finally form carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. This is very beneficial to environmental protection and is recognized as an environment friendly material.
l Polylactic acid (PLA) has good mechanical and physical properties. Polylactic acid is suitable for various processing methods such as blowing and thermoplastic, and is easy to process and has a wide range of applications.
