1. This machine is controlled by PLC system, parameters can be set on touch screen, easy operation.
2. Rewinding tension control adopts automatic tension control system, which ensures tension stable. Edge correction system use Japan system, it can follow edge and follow line, it ensures material rewinding position is precise.
3. Material loading and discharge adopt pneumatic push or no shaft clamp.
4. Main haul off and winding unit is controlled by vector or inverter.
5. Winding shaft is slip type air expand shaft, slip force automatic control, suitable for uneven material slit to multy pieces.
