There is a new PET roof tile sheet machine ready in our factory. It uses PET flakes as raw material; there is no dehumidifier and crystallization unit; the final roof sheet is beautiful. For 0.5mm roof sheet, the line speed is about 5meters/minute. It features of low cost of production(raw material and power), high speed output.
The extruder is of corotative parrallel twin screw extruder; the extrusion capacity is about 300-400kg/hr.
It has a wide application. It can make 0.5-1.5mm thick PET ROOF TILE SHEETs; Beside PET roof tile production, it can be used for PP roof tile production as well. If it is equipped with down stream equipments of PET flat sheet sheet, it can make PET flat sheet as well as PP SHEET OR PS sheet or PE sheets. The PET sheet thickness can be 0.2mm to 2mm. When you make 0.2mm, you had better use virgin material.
